Notes

1. Publishing content not related to the event (including but not limited to advertisement links and other means of publicity) is prohibited.

2. Travelers are allowed multiple submissions for this event but only one prize can be won per Traveler.

3. This event is held on multiple platforms simultaneously. The number of daily prizes are the total prizes for all platforms. There is no amount of prizes set aside for each platform and region.

4. Please ensure that the forwarded post is kept online until August 4, 2023 in case of subsequent verification.

5. After the list of winners is announced, Travelers who have won prizes should fill in their information within the specified duration. Failure to fill in the required information in time will be deemed to be a forfeiture of the prize.

6. If the issuance of prizes fails due to the player providing incorrect information, the official team will not re-issue the prize.

7. Cash type prizes will not be issued to anyone residing in Australia's capital territories, Italy, Quebec (Canada), Portugal, Türkiye, or any other countries/regions/jurisdictions where such raffles and/or events are illegal.

8. Cash prizes will be delivered via PayPal. The Gamescom Exhibition will end on August 27, 2023. Winners should provide their typically used PayPal account to accept and receive the cash prize via official channels within 5 business days of the end of the Gamescom Exhibition. To ensure the cash prize is delivered without issue, we will have to collect and use personal data such as your PayPal account name and email.

9. The costs necessary for international transfers such as administrative costs, etc. are borne by the organizer. Winners are responsible for their own tax obligations in accordance with the personal income tax policies of their country or region. The actual amount is subject to change, please refer to the laws and regulations and tax policies of your country or region.

10. We will collect and use information such as your name, delivery address, postal code, contact number, and email address (the specific scope of collection is based on the information filling page) to ensure that merchandise prizes can be distributed in good time. Your personal information will be used for the sole purpose of mailing merchandise prizes won during this event. If our intended use of your personal information changes in any way, we will first contact prize winners to request their consent to the change. If a prize winner does not submit the requested personal information, it will not be possible to issue their prize. We will do all that we can to ensure the security and confidentiality of prize winners' personal information.

11. The event organizer will bear the delivery costs of the physical prizes. The prizes being shipped may be subject to customs duties in accordance with local policies. In such cases, the prize winners will be required to complete customs clearance procedures as well as cover corresponding taxes incurred.

12. The estimated time for delivery of cash prizes will be within 30 business days after the winners provide their PayPal account information, and the estimated time for physical prizes delivery will be within 60 business days after the winners provide their prize information.
