Genshin Impact is now available on WhatsApp, and the subscription event has begun! To participate in the event, you can send "WhatsApp Subscription Primogems Event" to the official account of Genshin Impact in WhatsApp. We will randomly select 100 Travelers who have successfully participated in the event, and each of them will be given Primogems ×160.

[Participation Method]

For Travelers who have not subscribed to the official WhatsApp account of Genshin Impact:

1. Click on the link of the official Genshin Impact WhatsApp account and send "WhatsApp Subscription Primogems Event" to Genshin Impact.

2. Select "Subscribe Now" in the dialogue that pops up, click on the survey link in the dialogue, and give valid answers in the survey to successfully participate in the event.

For Travelers who have subscribed to the official WhatsApp account of Genshin Impact:

1. Click on the link of the official Genshin Impact WhatsApp account and send "WhatsApp Subscription Primogems Event" to Genshin Impact.

2. After receiving the reply from the official Genshin Impact WhatsApp account, follow the instruction and click on the survey link in the dialogue, and give valid answers in the survey to successfully participate in the event.

1. Prize notifications will be sent to the WhatsApp account corresponding to the mobile number linked to the HoYoverse Account of the winning UID. In order to receive the prize notification in time, please go to the HoYoverse Account Center to link your mobile number or change your linked mobile number in time.

2. The Primogem reward will be issued to the in-game mailbox corresponding to the UID provided by the winner. Only one prize can be won per UID. If multiple surveys provide the same UID, the chances of winning for this UID will not increase.

3. Please make sure the WhatsApp account linked to the mobile phone number provided in the survey is the one you use to participate in the event and is maintaining the subscription to the official Genshin Impact WhatsApp account, or you will be deemed to have forfeited the qualification to receive the reward.

Q1: In what form will the rewards be given?

A1: The reward will be sent directly to the in-game mailbox of the UID provided by the winner within 10 business days after results have been announced. Please note that only one reward can be won per UID, and in the case of the same UID being provided in multiple surveys, the chances of winning for this UID will not increase.

Q2: How can I find out about my reward?

A2: We will send a reward notification to the WhatsApp account corresponding to the phone number linked to the HoYoverse Account of the winning UID. In order to ensure that Travelers can successfully receive the reward notification, Travelers are requested to confirm that the HoYoverse Account has been linked with a mobile number that is the same as the mobile number corresponding to their WhatsApp account. Also, in accordance with relevant laws and community policies, Travelers are requested to confirm that you have selected "Subscribe Now" in their WhatsApp account and that you have not unsubscribed to the Genshin Impact WhatsApp account, otherwise the notification will not be sent normally.

Q3: How do I check my subscription status before participating in the event?

A3: When Travelers send the event keywords "WhatsApp Subscription Primogems Event," if the notification that says "Already Subscribed" does not pop up, it means that Travelers have yet to subscribe or have already canceled the subscription to the official Genshin Impact WhatsApp account. Travelers may then follow the event instructions to subscribe and participate in the event.

Q4: I accidentally unsubscribed from the Genshin Impact WhatsApp account. How can I re-subscribe?

A4: If Travelers opt out, they can re-subscribe by replying "Subscribe Again" on WhatsApp. If Travelers who have subscribed the official Genshin Impact WhatsApp account receive no response after replying "Subscribe Again," it indicates that Travelers have already subscribed, and there will be no need to re-subscribe.

Q5: What does "giving valid answers in the survey" mean?

A5: 1. Providing accurate UID and mobile phone number in the survey.

2. The WhatsApp account linked to the mobile phone number provided in the survey is the one you used to participate in the event and remains subscribed to the official Genshin Impact WhatsApp account, or you will be deemed to have forfeited the qualification to receive the reward.
