Q1: How can I find out if I've won? How will the event prizes be issued?

A1: Event prizes will be sent to Travelers via a system message in WhatsApp within 10 business days after the event ends. Make sure that you've subscribed to Genshin Impact's WhatsApp account, and make sure you stay subscribed during the event, otherwise you won't be able to receive your prize. Please note, each Traveler will only be able to receive a single prize during this event.

Q2: I accidentally unsubscribed from the Genshin Impact WhatsApp account. How can I re-subscribe?

A2: If Travelers opt out, they can re-subscribe by replying "Subscribe Again" on WhatsApp. If Travelers who have subscribed to the official Genshin Impact WhatsApp account receive no response after replying "Subscribe Again," it indicates that Travelers have already subscribed, and there will be no need to re-subscribe.
