Q1: How can I find out if I've won? How will the event rewards be issued?

A1: Event rewards will be sent to Travelers via a system message in Messenger within 5 business days after the event ends. Make sure you stay tuned for message notifications. Each Traveler will only be able to receive a single prize. Please note, make sure that you've selected "Get messages" in the chat that appears, otherwise you won't be able to receive subsequent reward notifications!
