Collaboration Product Purchase Process: Order via McDonald's App

1. Download the McDonald's App and log in using your email.

2. Open the McDonald's App, click on the Genshin Impact × McDonald's collaboration event banner, and select to purchase the collaboration product.

3. After completing the purchase, the collaboration redemption code will be sent to the email associated with your McDonald's App (MyMcDonald's Rewards) account.

4. Click the link in the email or visit https://genshin.hoyoverse.com/en/gift, log in, and enter the redemption code received from the email to claim the in-game rewards.

Note

The redemption code is valid from the start of the event until October 29, 2024, 23:59:59 (UTC-9). If the redemption code is not used within this period, it will result in a redemption failure. Travelers are advised to redeem it in a timely manner.

Redeem the code at https://genshin.hoyoverse.com/en/gift. Before redeeming the code, log in to your account and make sure you have created a character in the game and have linked your HoYoverse Account in the User Center. Select the server and character information, and enter the code to redeem. After using the redemption code, the rewards will be sent to your in-game mailbox and will be valid for 30 days, so don't forget to claim them in time.

The code is valid only for America, Europe, Asia, and TW/HK/MO servers.

Each redemption code type will be limited to 1 use per Genshin Impact account. The same character cannot use redemption codes of the same type more than once.

Anyone with a McDonald's app account can participate in the event to receive the codes, as long as they are registered, logged in, have purchased the collaboration products, and received the corresponding collaboration notification email. However, the codes can only be redeemed on a Genshin Impact game account.

Anyone with a Genshin Impact account can redeem the redemption code. Only players who have reached Adventure Rank 2 or above will receive the in-game items via in-game mail.
